With the exception of some minor paint issue's, and a worn driver's seat I bought my 1990 NA with 120k for 3k. Most people would say "original owner" to mean they are the only one ever. Most people also tend to say "1 owner" to imply they are the 2nd and that it had 1 other. That's why I phrased it that way.
